Tree Exhibition Opening

A collaboration exhibition with three other artists.
In Toto Gallery, Johannesburg, 2013

“It is not so much for it’s beauty that the forest makes a claim upon men’s hearts, as for that subtle something, that quality of air, that emanation from old trees, that so wonderfully changes and renews a weary spirit”, Robert Louise Stevenson.

With this exhibition, trees were playfully photographed and interpreted into a variety of colours and views. Some blurred in fleeting moments, others deep-rooted in memories.
